What is AIVROs and who is it for?
An AI Value Readiness Operating System for CEOs, PE partners, CHROs, CAIOs, and boards. It ties readiness, capability, and EBITDA into one loop.
We already have McKinsey or another consulting partner. How does AIVROs fit?
We complement consulting. They run the engagement; we run the always-on operating system.
Our IT team could build this internally. Why buy a platform?
Speed, and the instruments themselves. A build gets you a survey tool; AIVROs brings versioned item banks, a privacy floor enforced in the queries, and a board-ready baseline in days rather than quarters.
We don't have budget for another platform.
AIVROs is designed to replace ad-hoc consulting and L&D spend already on the books rather than sit on top of it. A pilot is deliberately small — 10 to 20 people, four to twelve weeks — so the question can be answered on your own numbers before anything scales.
How is our data protected?
Cohort aggregation with a minimum group size of five, enforced in the database queries rather than hidden in the interface. GDPR-aligned, SOC 2 controls in progress. Never sold, never shared.
How is AIVROs different from traditional consulting?
Consultants ship a slide deck and leave. We leave behind a live operating system.

What does "AI-ready at exit" mean?
AI value a buyer's diligence will accept: a readiness baseline, an AI roadmap tied to your value creation plan, and proof in EBITDA, not a roadmap slide and a pile of pilots.
What exactly does AIVROs measure?
Eight instruments, read as one dataset: AI Fluency (AIQ), AI Technical Knowledge (AICK), AI Role Fit, Culture & Climate, AI Role Horizon, AI Value Potential, AI Safe Use, and Champion Profiling (ProFit). They roll into a cohort SkilliScore and are mapped to value through the Opportunity Matrix. Not a single survey score.
How long do the assessments take?
Each instrument is short, typically a few minutes. A member can complete their core readiness in one sitting; you choose which instruments to assign.
What are "Champions" and how are they found?
Champions are the people best placed to lead AI adoption, identified from measured AI fluency against a governed threshold, not manager opinion. They become your internal engine for scaling adoption.
Will assessments be used to judge or rank employees?
No. Individual answers stay private to the individual and are never shown to their employer against their name. Leaders see aggregate patterns for groups only, and the most sensitive views are suppressed below a minimum group size. It is framed as growth, not judgement.
Can AIVROs tell us which roles to reduce?
It cannot, and it is built so that it cannot. AI Role Horizon maps how automatable a role’s tasks are and what safe adoption would cost — a fact about the work, never a judgement about a person. Nothing is shown below five people per role, that floor lives in the database queries, and an automated test fails the build if displacement vocabulary ever appears in the product. The output is where to invest, not who to remove.
Is there something for individuals, not just companies?
Yes, AIVROs One is a self-serve subscription for an individual professional: your own readiness, an AI coach, an AI Value Lab and an AI Career Compass, with no employer or cohort involved.
Do you support languages beyond English?
The interface and the handbook ship in English and French, with parity enforced in the build. The question banks themselves are English today.
How does the AI stay grounded and trustworthy?
Every AI narrative and figure traces back to the specific campaign data that produced it, frozen at the run. No ungrounded numbers, no invented customer names, evidence a board can rely on.
