AI Role Horizon
AI Role Horizon maps how automatable a role’s tasks are against what safe adoption would actually cost the organisation. It is a statement about the work and about the company’s own readiness, not about the people doing the work.
How it is measured
Two independent readings, one of the task content of a role and one of the organisational cost of adopting AI into it, plotted against each other so that the quadrant suggests an action.
What AI Role Horizon is not
Not a redundancy tool, and it cannot be used as one. It carries no displacement language by design, it makes no employment recommendation, and it reports at role level rather than naming individuals.
