AI Value Potential (AIVCP)
AI Value Potential captures where the people closest to the P&L believe AI can create value, separated into what they think about the company and what they think about their own department. The gap between those two is usually the most useful finding.
Also called: AIVCP, AI value creation plan.
How it is measured
P&L-aware respondents assess value opportunities on a governed vocabulary of value levers, so that two people describing the same opportunity use the same words and the results can be compared and pooled.
What AI Value Potential (AIVCP) is not
Not a financial forecast, and not a business case. It says where value is believed to be, which is the input to a value plan rather than a substitute for one.
