AI Role Fit (AIRF)
AI Role Fit identifies a person’s AI working-style archetype and their potential to lead AI work. It answers what kind of AI work someone is built for, which is a different question from how capable they are.
Also called: AIRF, AI archetype.
How it is measured
A behavioural instrument that places a person among named archetypes. The output is a shape rather than a rank: no archetype is better than another, and the result is useful precisely because a team needs several of them.
What AI Role Fit (AIRF) is not
Not a personality test used for hiring, and not a ranking. It informs how AI work is distributed across a team, and it is never a verdict on a person.
