Champion Mapping
Champion Mapping identifies the people who will actually carry AI adoption in an organisation, on measured fluency rather than on who volunteered. It then profiles them so that the right champion is matched to the right work.
Also called: AI champions, AI champions programme.
How it is measured
Champions are identified from measured AI Fluency results against a defined standard, then profiled behaviourally to describe the kind of AI work each is suited to lead.
What Champion Mapping is not
Not a popularity exercise, and not a promotion list. Champion status describes suitability to lead a piece of AI work; it is not a rating of the person and carries no employment consequence.
