AI Fluency (AIQ)
AI Fluency, or AIQ, measures how fluently a person actually puts AI to work, across seven dimensions. It is the universal instrument: everyone in a programme takes it, which is what makes readiness comparable between one team and another.
Also called: AIQ, AI fluency assessment, AI skills assessment.
How it is measured
Scenario questions drawn from a large validated bank, scored server-side. The questions describe real situations and ask what the person would do, rather than asking them to rate their own confidence, because self-rating measures confidence and not capability.
What AI Fluency (AIQ) is not
Not an IQ test, and not a test of whether someone can name AI tools. A person who has never used a particular product can be highly fluent, and someone who uses one daily can score poorly.
