AI Technical Knowledge (AICK)
AI Technical Knowledge, or AICK, measures technical depth about how AI works, its limits and its safe use. It complements AI Fluency for engineering and technical teams and is assigned deliberately rather than to everyone by default.
Also called: AICK.
How it is measured
Multiple-choice items across technical domains, scored server-side. It is assigned to the people for whom technical depth is part of the job, so that a non-technical team is never measured against a standard their role does not require.
What AI Technical Knowledge (AICK) is not
Not a substitute for AI Fluency. Knowing how a model works and being able to get useful work out of one are different capabilities, and a programme that measures only the first mistakes one for the other.
