Culture & Climate (CNC)
Culture & Climate measures how ready an organisation’s culture is to let people use AI: whether it is permitted, whether mistakes are survivable, and whether leaders model it. It describes the organisation, never the person.
Also called: AI culture assessment, CNC.
How it is measured
Employees answer about their environment rather than about themselves, and results are reported only as an aggregate. A sponsor sees the organisation’s climate; they never see an individual’s answers, and no group below five people is shown.
What Culture & Climate (CNC) is not
Not an engagement survey, and not a score for any employee. Nobody is graded by this instrument, which is what makes people willing to answer it honestly.
