SkilliScore
SkilliScore is a single 0 to 1000 index of a group’s AI readiness, combining measured fluency, leadership signal and motivation. It exists so that readiness can be compared between teams and tracked over time in one number a board can hold, rather than argued about qualitatively.
Also called: AI readiness score.
How it is measured
From completed instrument results across a cohort, combined into one index and reported as a band. It is a group measure by construction: no individual SkilliScore is ever shown, to the person or to their employer, and no group of fewer than five people is reported at all.
What SkilliScore is not
Not an individual score, and not a performance rating. It says nothing about whether a person is good at their job, and it is never used to rank employees against each other.
